This website offers visitors several services related to consulting on Good Manufacturing Practices to comply with federal and local regulations in relationship to the manufacturing of finished pharmaceuticals, OTC drug products, cosmetics, food, cannabinoids, and dietary supplements; we also provide practical solutions to effectively respond Warning Letters and resume operations after being closed by a Consent Decree; we have an extensive library of procedures and validation protocols that reflect the needs of regulatory bodies and their expectations for you to apply at your facility to construct and maintain a respectable Quality System that will guarantee the protection of public and animal health by ensuring that all your products are safe, effective and of high quality.

Return and refund policy

Digital products that have been purchased for download have a no-Return and no-Refund policy. The SAR Group and its operators are willing to, however, fix bugs, and provide training and consulting if needed. On the other hand, if you had purchased a product or document by itself and later found that such document is also included on a promotional bundle that you also purchased, then you are entitled to receive a refund for such document at the discounted price settled for the bundle.

Customized logbooks and laboratory notebooks have also a no-Refund policy, however, if an error or relevant defect, e.g., a misspelling, is found, we will repair such defect and replace the product.

Retention of right to change offering

​

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Warranties and responsibility for services and products

Provisions offered to user communities

​

The SAR Group’s website offers its users the ability to create communities in order to interact among themselves and with website’s operators in a better way. All users that join a community will have a public profile that is publicly visible to site visitors, and that their public activity (such as their posts or comments) will be visible to other visitors of the website. Users of the website can always opt-out and exit the community, and upon doing so, such user’s profile will not be publicly visible. Naturally, in such event the user will not be able to use the community features (e.g., liking, commenting, or writing posts).
